Please remember that the Club will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 15 December 2020 at 8.00pm.

You will find the full notice here, including the agenda and details regarding the conduct of the meeting, and all relevant documentary information below. Please print out documents for reference if required.
 
Due to the Covid restrictions and in accordance with the Corporate Governance and Insolvency Act 2020, the meeting will take place virtually using the Zoom video conferencing – please request a link to join the meeting by email.

If you want to table a question at the meeting, please send in written questions beforehand so that we can schedule into the agenda. There will be opportunity to speak at the meeting but this may be limited by the online format.

If you are unable to attend, or would like to register your voting intentions prior to the meeting, you can do so using the link here. Proxy forms must be received 24 hours prior to the meeting and cannot be validate at the meeting.
