We have some exciting news to share with you…

New clubhouse project
We’re really pleased to announce that planning permission has been granted for the redevelopment of the squash court building to create a new social area and upgrade the changing facilities.
We shared these proposals at the AGM last year and in various communications. If you haven’t seen the plans, you can find information here.
Obviously, the refurbishments will represent a significant investment in the Club facilities, and we are currently investigating funding opportunities. As soon as I have more details I’ll confirm timescales, but we are setting a target to complete by Easter next year!

Also, a quick update on the construction of the new tennis court. The wet weather over the winter hasn’t been helpful in terms of finalising a schedule with the contractors, and we are awaiting final approval of our drainage system for excess water.
Hopefully, I’ll be able to confirm a date soon, and we are still optimistic that the court could be ready by the end of May/early June.
