Sydenham Tennis Club Coaching Team from March 2024
 
Please note that there will be some significant changes to the Club coaching team over the next few months.
   
Toby Yates
After over 8 years as Head Coach, Toby has requested a sabbatical to spend some time with his partner and young child. We have been very happy to accommodate as Toby has committed much time and energy to the Club during his period here.
Toby’s last day will be Saturday 2 March – he will return towards the end of June, ready for the summer activities. We will not be replacing the Head Coach role for these few months, so please address any coaching queries to me during Toby’s absence. 

Holly Richards
The good news is that we have appointed a new full-time coach, Holly Richards, who is Level 3 accredited. Holly has worked on camps and provided cover at the Club previously, and will start on Monday 4 March 2024.
She is currently at Bromley Sports Club, and is Kent County Ladies team captain. The role was initially to replace Bruce, who left last year, but will now also provide additional cover for Toby during his sabbatical.

The full Club coaching programme will continue run as normal during Toby’s leave, as well as Junior Holiday Camps at Easter and in May Half-term. Holly, together with Mike and Luis, will continue to offer individual lessons. Please contact directly – you will find their details here.
