Clubhouse 
A reminder that the clubhouse will not be open this week as we are having electrical and maintenance work undertaken from Tuesday to Friday. The bar reopens on Monday 8 January.

Tennis courts 1&2
The clubhouse work means that courts 1 & 2 will not be available after 4.00pm each day as the floodlights will be out of action. This will mean a reduction in courts for Wednesday/Thursday evening club play sessions. Please check the booking sheets for full details of court allocation.  

Club Membership Fees
As usual subscription fees are amended from 1 January each year. Despite the inflation rate last year, fees were only increased by an average of 3%. However, costs have continued to increase and we have committed to invest in facilities.
Therefore, tennis fees will increase by around 5% this year, and squash fees by 10% to reflect the additional expenditure on the building and new floors. We hope you agree that this still represents great value, and equates to only £1-2 per month on the majority of memberships. 

New Year Quiz Night – Friday 5 January 2024
There are still spaces for the Christmas/New Year edition of our popular quiz night. Join regular host Jeff Richards for an evening of fun with family and friends – the bar will be open from 6.30pm with the quiz starting at 7.30pm.
You can enter as a team or an individual. To book please contact Jeff on 07769565095 or at jeff.richards@rcn.org.uk with your name and, if you are entering a team, your team’s name and the number of people in the team (max 6). Don’t worry if you can’t make up a team or would like to come on your own – Jeff will allocate you to a team on the night. Entry: Adults £3 – Children £2 – payable on the night.

I will be available at the Club the following hours between 1 – 7 January: Monday from 1200-1500, Tuesday 0900-1500, Friday 0900-1500, Saturday 0900-1500, and Sunday 0900-1200.
