Hot weather warning
There is another amber weather warning of extreme heat for Greater London this weekend, and a red warning from Monday 18 to Tuesday 19 July. Therefore, please try to avoid playing in excessive temperatures and, if you do play, ensure you take appropriate precautions.
Make sure you use adequate factor sunscreen, and take on board sufficient fluids/water – water is always available in the squash court building. If you feel at all unwell, take shelter to cool down – there is now an extra shelter available between courts 1, 2, 3, 4.

Quiz Night – Friday 22 July 2022
Remember that there is another of our popular quiz nights next week. Join regular host Jeff Richards for an evening of fun with family and friends – the bar will be open from 7pm with the quiz starting at 8pm.
To book your place/team, please contact Jeff on 07769565095 or at jeff.richards@rcn.org.uk. Don’t worry if you can’t make up a team, come on your own and Jeff will allocate you to a team on the night. Entry fee on the night: Adults £3 – Children £2.

Members Survey
Due to a small technical hitch, the member survey will now go out on Tuesday 19 July. Please respond if you can as your feedback is important.

Club Manager Hours
I will be available at the Club over the following hours between 16 – 22 July: Saturday from 0900-1200, Sunday 0900-1200, Monday 1000-1600, Tuesday 0900-1200, and Friday 1800-2100. During these times you can obtain drinks & snacks from the bar, as well as balls & accessories, and hire the Slinger ball machine.
Remember that the clubhouse bar is also open Tuesday to Thursday from 1830-2130.
