Red weather warning
Due to the extreme weather warning over the next couple of days, the decision has been made to close the tarmac tennis courts Monday 18 & Tuesday 19 July to protect the court surface.
In very hot weather, tarmac courts can become soft and, if used during this time, the surface is likely to be damaged. If you had a booking on these courts, please check the court booking system, as you will have been changed to another court.
At the moment, it is planned to keep the clay courts open, but please keep an eye on Club communications as it is possible this could change depending on relevant guidance.
It is advisable not to play in such extreme weather conditions but, if you do so, please be aware of the guidance from the LTA and government here.
