Tennis Court 5
Unfortunately, there were issues with the delivery of materials for the conversion of court 5 to artificial clay, which meant it was not completed as scheduled prior to Christmas. We are still awaiting a new date for the work.
However, the repairs to the cracks have been completed so we plan to reopen the court for play on Monday 10 January with its tarmacadam surface. The carpet and clay materials will be relocated along the side of the court, but please be aware when playing to ensure safe play.

London Winter Run 2022 – Sunday 13 February
Tennis member David Bent-Hazelwood is running the above 10K event to raise money for Cancer Research UK. His wife died of cancer in April 2021, which is his motivation.
David says that last year his time was 52:56; and he is hoping to go under 50 mins this year. If you feel able and moved, please donate here.

Club Manager Hours
I will be available at the Club over the following hours between 8 – 14 January: Saturday from 0900-1500, Sunday 0900-1500, Monday 0900-1200, and Wednesday 1800-2100. Remember that during these times you can obtain drinks & snacks from the bar, as well as balls & accessories, and hire the Slinger ball machine.
