Covid Testing
Unfortunately, I have been self-isolating this week as I have been feeling unwell and several of the nursery assistants tested positive for Covid at the weekend. My test results are due back today, so I hope to be back at the Club tomorrow. Apologies that there may have been some disruption to Club activities, such as Tuesday morning club play. 

Tennis court booking
You may remember that the court booking allowance was adjusted a couple of months ago to try to maximise the use of court space, particularly in peak periods. This was because some members were not using the system correctly in respect of cancelling bookings no longer required.
This was a somewhat blunt instrument to draw attention to the issue and has had some success. However, it appears that this has disadvantaged other members who were using the system in the correct way.
Therefore, the matter has been reviewed by both Tennis committee and the Board of Directors recently. It has been decided to put the booking allowance back to THREE in any seven day period, but only TWO of these bookings are permitted Monday to Friday between 6.00-10.30pm. 
Please remember that if you no longer need a court booking, make sure you cancel it as early as possible to allow another member to use.

Club Manager Hours
Subject to my Covid test results, I will be available at the Club over the following hours from 24 – 30 September: Friday 1300-1900, Saturday from 0900-1500, Sunday from 0900-1500, and Monday 0900-1500. Remember that during these times you can obtain drinks & snacks from the bar, as well as balls & accessories, and hire the Slinger ball machine.
