Covid-19 update
Further to my previous update, we have now received more details from the LTA regarding the current guidelines.
Toilets can remain open, so the squash court building will still be accessible by passcode. However, the changing facilities and showers MUST NOT be used. Please come ready to play and leave straight after your game. If it appears that members are using the changing rooms, then we may have no alternative but to close the building, which will also reduce the availability of floodlighting!
Singles play only is permitted – apart from family households – there is NO other exemption. Singles play means TWO players booking a court to play and then leaving after the game. Therefore, to be clear, you cannot arrange to meet as a group of 3 or 4, even if on separate courts, and then mix around.
Please remember that we are extremely lucky to be allowed to continue playing tennis at the moment, so please ensure you abide by these guidelines. It has been made clear that tennis clubs could be shut if compliance isn’t absolute.
Full guidance for playing tennis can be found using the links below:

Thirty 30 tournaments
The organising body for Thirty30 tennis picked up on our tournaments held back in September, and made them the focus of a recent blog, whcih you can read here:

Merry Christmas to you all and I’ll see you in the new year. Hopefully, 2021 will offer better surprises than 2020!
