Following recent Government statements and updated advice from the relevant governing bodies, we are able to move on to the third phase of our reopening plan for all facilities.

Clubhouse facilities
The bar takeout service will only be available at the weekend for the next two weeks from 0900-1600 on Saturday and Sunday.
However, the clubhouse foyer is now accessible for Courts 1 & 2 floodlighting using the same door code as the Squash building. Also, the tennis ball recycling bin will be available in the foyer again.
Please use the sanitizer provided on entry/exit – only one person at a time permitted in the foyer.
Please remember when using floodlights that it is the responsibility of members to turn off after use, unless another member is waiting.

Croquet
From 1 August, the Club/social afternoons on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday will recommence from 2-5pm. Members attending will need to sign a register and maintain social distancing. The chalet can reopen, but only one person should be inside at a time.
The booking system will remain in place for outside of these times.

Squash & Racketball
From 8 August, the squash courts will reopen for restricted play. Initially, the courts will only be available to book on Saturday and Sunday between 0900-1500, Monday from 0900-1300, and Wednesday from 1700-2100.
Squash members will be informed separately about the conditions of use and safe practices. The latest England Squash guidelines, including play formats, can be found here.

Tennis section
The repairs to Court 3 were completed on Friday. It may take a week or so for the clay to integrate with the new patches, but should play OK.
Benches and bins have now been put back out on court, although we still have to keep the winders and net measures off for the moment.
All members will receive an induction email over the next week or so, which will confirm your current playing category.
Please remember to follow all general guidelines for safe practices.
Tennis members should read the latest LTA guidance for players here.

Keep safe and well
