Toilets and washing facilities
From Saturday 20 June, the toilet facilities in the squash court building will be available to use. These facilities are strictly for toilets and hand washing, and social distancing must still be observed.
If someone is using the toilets, please allow them to exit safely – no more than ONE person should be waiting in the changing area. The toilets are being cleaned daily, but remember to be responsible for your own hygiene.
Also, please remember that use of the squash courts is still not permitted, and that the showers and changing area cannot be used – breaches of these rules may mean that we will have to close the toilets again.

ClubSpark – court booking
There have been some problems with ClubSpark recently, which appear to be due to an upgrade of the system. Hopefully, we will be operating smoothly again soon, but please let me know if you urgently need to book a court. Please see the statement I received from ClubSpark below:

We wanted to provide you with an update following the platform upgrade we rolled out on Tuesday 16 June. During this upgrade, we experienced performance issues across the platform, which continued throughout Tuesday and into Wednesday. We are extremely sorry for the disruption caused to you and your members during this time. Although the platform is now mainly back to normal operations, we are aware there are still some outstanding issues and we are working hard to complete these as quickly as possible. We will continue to update you with our progress. The main issue being linked to the booker app.

We appreciate that this disruption has had an impact on your ability to use the platform and will have caused you additional work to support your members and players. Again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
