Takeaway service
From 13 June, we will be offering a limited takeaway service from the bar.
The following will be available to buy to consume in the grounds: tea and coffee; Lucozade Sport, bottled water, orange juice cartons; Coca-cola, Diet coke and Sprite cans; crisps, nuts and chocolate.
The bar will be open from 0900 to 1600 on Saturday & Sunday – ring the doorbell for attention. Remember that tennis balls, racket grips and accessories are also available.
Toilets and indoor areas remain closed at the moment.

Maintenance works
The repairs to the squash court roof are now complete. The scaffolding will be removed next week and the cycle rails will be available to use again.
I am aware that there are a few ‘dead’ patches on Court 3 where the carpet has rucked up under the clay. The installers are due to visit soon to sort out the work required.
Courts 1 & 2 are being scheduled for repainting this Summer and will be out of action for a few days – I’ll let you know as soon as I have a date.

Kent Tennis
If you are interested in finding out what is going on with tennis in the area, Kent Tennis puts out an interesting newsletter called KLT Online. You can read the latest issue here: http://kenttennis.org/news-directory/kltonline-may-2020.html – details of how to subscribe are included.

Keep safe and well
