Croquet
The croquet lawn is planned to open for restricted play on Tuesday 2 June 2020. The playing conditions are very similar to those adopted for tennis, ie singles play only, social distancing, etc. The rules are posted around the Club for information.
The Croquet section welcomes any member who would like to come and try the sport. Please contact me if you would like to arrange a game of singles and I’ll put you in touch.

Tennis court bookings
Please make sure that you cancel any court bookings that you no longer require. Courts are at a premium at the moment. so it is disappointing to see empty courts which have been booked. These courts will still be included in your booking allowance, so it is in your interest to cancel too.

Guidelines and information
There may be further Government statements over the next few days regarding the easing of lockdown, so we will let you know if there are any updates to the current playing conditions. Please remember that, until such time as the Club informs you of changes, the current restrictions will remain in place and must be observed.
I’ll be at the Club this weekend on Friday 0800-1600, Saturday 0900-1600, and Sunday 0900-1600 for collection – ring the clubhouse doorbell for attention.

Keep safe and well
