Craig & Marian McEwan – Tennis
Further to last week’s news about members, I was informed that Wednesday 14 August saw Marian and Craig McEwan celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary. Craig was 16 when he joined the Club in 1960 and Marian was 12 when she joined in 1961. They started ‘courting’ in 1966 and married in 1969. They moved to the New Forest in 1983, but have still remained members ever since. Craig has served as Club President and is one of the current Vice Presidents. He will be attending this years Tennis Tournament Finals Day on 14 September.
