Annual Tennis Club Tournament – Important!
Entry to the Annual Tournament closes on Sunday 13 May, so please make sure you get your entry in on time. Follow the link here to enter – closing date for applications is midnight on 13 May 2018. Please note that Finals Day is now Saturday 1 September, due to a clash with a Kent LTA event – please make sure you are available before entering.
Data Protection – Also Important!
As mentioned previously, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force on 25 May 2018. You may have noticed a lot of updates coming to you recently from various organisations. The Club is required to obtain your consent for various activities, and provide you with certain information. We will be sending out online forms for completion on Monday 14 May. It is very important that you return these as soon as possible, otherwise we may not be able to send you information about the Club, including this newsletter!

American Doubles Tennis Tournament – Bank Holiday Monday 28 May
Due to the cancellation of the last tournament, there will be an extra event added to the calendar to celebrate the opening of the new decking area, and will be followed by a BBQ. The competition will start at 2.00pm. You will play a game of mixed doubles for 15 minutes before everything changes – the court you play on, the opposing team, and even your doubles partner! All playing categories and nominated juniors are welcome to take part. The entry fee is £8 – put your name on the entry form in the clubhouse foyer.
