Here is this week’s news bulletin…

The Club has suffered a recent series of cyber attacks. These have taken the form of fraudulent direct debit claims on our bank account. Fortunately, we have been able to retrieve the funds and take measures to block future attacks. Whilst our security procedures for member’s data protection are robust, if you receive any unusual requests for personal/banking details or to change payment information, please feel free to check with the Club Manager at dez.lewington@sltcc.co.uk or 07398 170056.

Defibrillator Training
Further to the defibrillator training today, training videos will also be available to view on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening this week between 7-9pm in the bar. Please take time to pop in if you can – the session only lasts around 20 minutes. You will be shown the location of the device and how easy it is to use with confidence.

American Doubles Tennis Tournament
The next American Tennis Doubles Tournament will be held on Friday 16 February starting at 6.45pm. It is themed ‘Love Tennis’ for Valentine’s week – remember food is provided and the bar is open. Cost is £8.00 to enter – the entry form is in the Clubhouse foyer on the Activities noticeboard. These are popular, fun events for all abilities and limited to 20 places, so please book early.
