Yoga for mixed ability students with Jules

Time: Thursday 18:45 – 20:15 (90 mins)

This class is ideal for all students whether you are a beginner to yoga or wanting to embrace the next stage of your practice, as I provide a posture level for all abilities. I break down postures into sections and then build on them, to enable students to learn which muscles they are using and how to make them stronger. Postures are sequenced at a steady pace. This is NOT a dynamic vinyasa flow class. We close with a meditation practice and a 15-minute guided relaxation. You will leave the class energised and ready for the week ahead.

Please book your place on the mat in advance. Mats, blocks, straps, blankets, and eye pillows are provided. £10 Single class, and your second class is free. £50 for six classes (for the price of five). Jules is teacher trained by the British Wheel of Yoga.
