Yin yoga for all (beginners’ welcome) with Jules

Time: Thursday 20:30 – 21:45 (75 mins)

In this class you will learn how to gain all the physiological benefits of yoga and feel deep inner calm as you breathe into the posture. We hold the postures longer, up to three-minutes, while ‘playing to our edge’ (breathing/relaxing and pausing) waiting for the body open and go to the next edge. You will learn how to slow your breath, realise the stillness in meditation, and rejuvenate in a 15-minute guided relaxation. This class is ideal for yogis wanting to discover new depths of asanas, and enjoy a good night’s sleep.

Please book your place on the mat in advance. Mats, blocks, straps, blankets, eye pillows, sandbags and bolsters are provided. £10 Single class, and your second class is free. £50 for six classes (for the price of five). Jules is teacher trained by the British Wheel of Yoga.
