Wine Tasting Evening – Friday 29 May 2026
The next wine tasting evening with Kenrick’s Wines from Sydenham is coming up. A selection of wines to try under Kenrick’s guidance, with a few nibbles to keep you going.
We do need a minimum number of people to make the event work, so please let me know if you want to attend as soon as possible.
Family members and friends are welcome so, if you haven’t been before, give it a go. The evening will start at 7.00pm in the clubhouse.
Please contact me to book your place – tickets cost £15 per person. No payment required as we just need your commitment at the moment – payment to be made in the week prior to the event.
Wimbledon Quiz Night – Friday 26 June 2026
Join regular host Jeff Richards for an evening of fun with family and friends – the bar will be open from 7.00pm with the quiz starting at 8.00pm.
Numbers are limited to 8 teams, so please book as soon as possible with Jeff on 07769565095 or at jeff.richards@rcn.org.uk with your name and, if you are entering a team (max 6). Don’t worry if you can’t make up a team or would like to come on your own – Jeff will allocate you a team on the night. Entry: Adults £3 – Children £2
American Mixed Doubles Tournament – Friday 3 July 2026
The next fun tournament – starting at 7.00pm. You will play a game of mixed doubles for 15 minutes before everything changes – the court you play on, the opposing team, and even your doubles partner! Find out more here.
All playing categories are welcome to take part. Bar will be open for refreshments afterwards. The entry fee is £8.00 per player.
Adult/Junior Tournament – Saturday 25 July 2026
A fun tournament for adults and juniors – starting at 12.30pm. You will play a game of doubles for 15 minutes before everything changes – the court you play on, the opposing team, and even your doubles partner! Each match will feature an adult playing with a junior. Find out more here.
All playing categories are welcome to take part – juniors aged 11-17 years. Entry fee is £8.00 per adult – juniors FREE to enter, but must be a Club member – contact me to book a place.
Bill Buah Memorial Tournament – Saturday 1 August 2026
The annual tournament held in memory of much loved Club Coach Bill, who sadly passed away in January 2022. The format will be mixed doubles pairs playing three championship tie-breaks to 10 points per match. Tournament starts at 10.30am, and will end around 2.30pm depending on the number of entries. Cost is £10 per pair – only one player needs to book, and let me know your partner’s name.
