A Vinyasa flow style yoga class with creative sequences and flowing asanas set to a creative soundtrack. Clare believes yoga is for everybody and classes are suitable for beginners up to the more experienced yogi as plenty of variations are given to suit all levels. This is a strong yet soft-hearted practice where mats are provided and all that is required is an open mind.
