Dynamic Hatha Yoga with Be Present Yoga

Time: Monday 19:15 – 20:45 (90 mins)

A hatha-based class with a focus on dynamic movement and flow. The class uses physical poses, stretches or asana, breathing techniques and relaxation to promote clarity of the mind and of the body.

Tanya teaches in a way that aids the student to progress on through each class in a safe, fun and warm environment. All levels welcome including beginners. Tanya is a British Wheel Yoga level 4 Diploma teacher (500 hrs) and is qualified to to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga RYS (200hrs). Tanya has been teaching yoga 5 years and practising yoga for 18 years.
