Club Annual General Meeting – Thursday 12 November 2026 at 8.00pm
All members should now have received the notice and documents for this year’s AGM, which was sent by direct email earlier this week. The bar will open from 7.00pm and there will be a complimentary wine or juice on arrival and a few nibbles available. 
You will find the Full Notice & Agenda, and all other relevant documents – Annual Accounts, Directors’ Report, Key Roles – in the Members area of the Club website here.
If you would like to table a question at the meeting, please email beforehand to info@sltcc.co.uk. And if you are unable to attend you can use a proxy form to register your vote.

School half-term
School holiday camps for 4-15 year olds will be running next week on tennis courts 1-4 between 9.00-4.00pm. We still have places available so please let any parents know – booking and information here.
Daytime club play sessions on Tuesday and Thursday will still take place, but on different courts to usual. Please refer to the court booking sheets for details.

Winter Kent & North Kent tennis results from last week:
17 October: Mixed 3 v Bromley Wendover 4 (A) – won 6-2 (NK Div 4)
18 October: Men’s 4 v Bearstead 3 (H) – won 4-0 (Kent Div 9)
Kent Squash Summer league results from last week:
20 October: 1st team v Maidstone 2 (H) – won 13-6 (NW Kent Div 4)
22 October: 2nd team v Limpsfield 3 (A) – lost 6-12 (NW Kent Div 5A)

Club Manager Hours
I’ll be available at the Club this coming week as follows: Saturday from 0900-1500, Sunday 0900-1500, Monday 1030-1800, and Friday 1030-1800. During these times you can obtain drinks & snacks from the bar, as well as balls & accessories, and hire the tennis ball machine.
Remember that the clubhouse bar is open Monday to Wednesday from 7.00-10.00pm, Thursday 6.00-10.00pm, and Friday 6.00-9.30pm.
