Club updates
From tonight the bar/clubhouse will now open regularly from 6.00-9.00pm on Friday evenings.
Sunday morning tennis club play has been extended by an hour on court 5 between 9.00-10.00am. As the session gets very busy early, this means that there will be five courts available up to 11.00am so there should be less waiting at the beginning.
TennisRungs is the ladder app we use for tennis singles competition. It is available to all full members. If you want to join, or rejoin if you left temporarily before Christmas, remember to contact me to enter.

Out of Pocket – Friday 13 February 2026
There are just six tickets remaining for this performance. Join us for a specially curated mix of sixties to modern music, including Abba, Aretha, Kylie, Prince, Queen and many more.
The event is for adults only, or family members who are 16 years and above.
Please email me for information on how to pay – cost £5 per person. Guests and family members are welcome, but please remember that the guidelines for our Club licence are up to 3 guests per member.

The Summer Kent & North Kent tennis results from last week:
30 January: Midweek Mixed Vets v Meopham 2 (H) – won 8-0 (NK Div 4)
31 January: Men’s 2 v Beckenham 3 (A) – won 2-2 (Kent Div 4)
1 February: Mixed 1 v Tunbridge Wells 2 (H) – won 4-0 (Kent Div 2)
The Squash team results from the last week:
3 February: H v Blackheath 2 – won 17-1 (Kent Div 4)

Club Manager Hours
I’ll be available at the Club as follows over the coming week: Saturday from 0900-1500, Monday 0900-1330, and Friday 1330-2230. During these times you can obtain drinks & snacks from the bar, as well as balls & accessories.
