Australian Open Finals
We will be showing the Men’s and Women’s Singles Finals on TV in the clubhouse this weekend as follows:
Saturday 31 January:
0830 – Women’s Singles: Sabalenka v Rybakina
Sunday 1 February:
0830 – Men’s Singles: Alcaraz v Djokovic

New tennis ball machine for hire
The new ball machine has now been received. I’ll be setting it up and testing over the weekend, so it should be available to hire from Monday. 
Please remember that the machine is available when I am on site (check this newsletter each week for details), or when the bar is open – the cost is £10 for up to 90 minutes.
To book, reserve a court as usual and then email me to confirm availability – try to book court 5 if possible as it is easier to control the balls.

Club Team Results
The Summer Kent & North Kent tennis results from last week:
24 January: Women’s 3 v TwistFizz (H) – won 4-0 (Kent Div 9)
25 January: Women’s 1 v Herne Bay 1 (A) – lost 1-3 (Kent Div 2)
25 January: Men’s 2 v Knoll 3 (H) – won 4-0 (Kent Div 4)

Club Manager Hours
I’ll be available at the Club as follows over the coming week: Saturday from 0900-1500, Sunday 0900-1500, Monday 0900-1500, and Friday 1030-1330. During these times you can obtain drinks & snacks from the bar, as well as balls & accessories.
