Christmas Period Club Play
Further to last week’s newsletter regarding the Christmas closure period. The following tennis club play sessions will still have courts reserved for anyone who wants to attend – check the booking system for court availability: Tuesday 23rd, Sunday 28th, and Tuesday 30th December. However, please note that club play balls will not be provided so you will need to make your own arrangements. 

Club Membership Fees
The new membership fees have been confirmed and will take effect from 1 January 2026. The majority of fees have modest increases in line with inflation – £10 on each full adult tennis and squash membership for the year. These will take effect at your next renewal. You will find the full details here from 31 December 2025. 

Club Team Results
The Summer Kent & North Kent tennis results from last week:
13 December: Men’s 3 v Hayes (H) – won 4-0 (Kent Div 6)
14 December: Men’s 1 v Sidcup Rec 1 (A) – won 4-0 (Kent Div 3)
The Squash team results from the last week:
16 December: A v Maidstone 1 – lost 7-14 (Kent Div 4)

Club Manager Hours
I’ll be available at the Club as follows over the coming week: Friday from 1030-1630, Saturday 0900-1500, Sunday 0900-1500, and Monday 0900-1500. During these times you can obtain drinks & snacks from the bar, as well as balls & accessories.
