As part of the continuing development of Sydenham Tennis Club we are holding a forum for all tennis members on Monday 28th May at 7.30pm. The purpose of the evening will be three-fold.
- To give a brief presentation on different court surfaces
- To discuss matters which are important to you
- To introduce the Tennis Committee to you
The evening will start in the bar, at 7.30pm with a FREE drink for everyone.
Then there will be a short presentation on court resurfacing and the various options available. We would like to hear your opinion on what surfaces you would like to see in the future. This is an important issue, which will affect all tennis members.
The next discussion will be driven by you. Please let us know any issues that affect you as tennis members and that you would like raised on the night. There are comment/suggestion sheets in the foyer and the bar for you to enter the areas you’d like discussed or you can reply to this email.
Finally, we would like to explain how the existing Committee has come into operation and what role the Committee plays.
It would be great to see as many of you as possible to make it a vibrant night of debate and don’t forget the club’s offer of a FREE drink.
