Yoga with a sports twist! with Jules

Time: Saturday 08.30 – 09.45 (75 mins)

This class is for mixed ability students with a particular appeal if you do any other sports; whether you’re a cyclist, runner, tennis player or swimmer. At the class you will learn yoga techniques on how to balance your overall body strength, lengthen muscles, improve your flexibility, progress your posture, and take control of your breath. You will leave the class energised ready for the weekend and week ahead. As with all Jules Yoga classes, this class includes a breathing practice, postures, meditation and 15-minutes of guided relaxation. NOTE: Saturday classes run twice per month – visit website for dates three months ahead.

Please book your place on the mat in advance. Mats, blocks, straps, blankets, and eye pillows are provided. £10 Single class, and your second class is free. £50 for six classes (for the price of five). Jules is teacher trained by the British Wheel of Yoga.
