Bill Buah memorials
A presentation was made to Bill’s sons before the American Tournament on Friday 29 April, which was won by Keith McMillan and Melissa Plews. It was announced that the commemorative bench is on order and will be sited outside the squash court entrance.
It was also confirmed that £800 has been raised for the Asantewaa school in Ghana that the family continues to support. These funds will be sent directly to the school soon, and a memorial page will be available in the Members area of the Club website shortly.

Racketball Taster – Saturday 28 May 2022
There will be a taster from 10.00-11.30am on 28 May instead of the usual squash club play session. If any squash or tennis members want to come along and try the game, feel free to drop in where some members will be on hand to demonstrate.
Also known as Squash 57, racketball is played to similar rules as squash but with a larger headed racket and a more bouncy ball. You can find out more about the game, if you are unfamiliar, here.

Club Manager Hours
I will be available at the Club over the following hours between 7 – 13 May: Saturday 0900-1500, Sunday 0900-1200, Monday 0900-1500, Tuesday 1400-1700, and Wednesday 1800-2100. Remember that during these times you can obtain drinks & snacks from the bar, as well as balls & accessories, and hire the Slinger ball machine.
